Please note: you need to select pickup at checkout to be able to come and pick up your order. We do not have a physical store or take walk in orders. All orders must be placed online via our website and picked up once you receive an email saying your order is ready.

Make sure you select Click & Collect at checkout. Once you receive an order saying your items are ready for pickup you can then come and collect your items.

Please let staff know your name or order number when you arrive. Click & Collect orders are to be picked up via the entry door within the carpark. Please do not come in through the roller door.

Click & Collect Pickup Hours are between 9:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday.

We have recently moved warehouse! Please make sure you are able to pickup your order from our new address picking up your order from our updated location.
