Are you from another country other than Australia and noticed the price changes from the cart to the checkout?

As our store is based in Australia the checkout automatically reverts the price to our local currency which is AUD.

You will still be charged in your own countries correct currency (e.g USD, EUR, CAD) however the price is displayed in AUD at the checkout.

If you have any issues converting the price please use a currency converter or send us an email at info@bellabeautyprofessional.com 🥰

Please email us ASAP at orders@bellabeautyprofessional.com and make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.

If you email us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

It is possible for us to manually update shipping or products on an order however please be aware that in some instances there will be a time difference so your quick and clear response will be greatly appreciated.

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched (please also check the junk/spam folder).
