Same Day Dispatch!

All orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped on the same day unless stated otherwise (excludes public holidays and weekends).


If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).


Please note same day dispatch does not apply to orders placed within sale periods. Example Black Friday, Birthday Sale, Boxing Day Sale etc.

BLACK FRIDAY: Due to the massive influx of orders we receive during the Black Friday Period, please expect delays up to 7 days from when your order was placed!

United States Of America

Shipping Cost: $30AUD for all USA orders (all duties, taxes and tariffs included).

Courier: International Express via USPS (5-10 Days).

All orders to the United States are shipped at a flat rate of $30 AUD, which includes all applicable duties and tariffs. This ensures a smooth delivery process with no additional fees upon arrival.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import tax and tariff thresholds, we’ve updated our shipping policy accordingly. Previously, we were able to offer free shipping; however, new government regulations now require duties and tariffs to be applied to all incoming shipments.

We’ve adjusted our shipping rates to cover these changes while continuing to provide reliable, trackable international delivery at the most reasonable cost to our customers as possible.

International Shipping

Shipping rates for all other international destinations vary by country. To view the exact shipping cost for your location, please add your desired products to the cart and use the shipping calculator at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country’s import guidelines before placing your order.

Please Note: 

The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges and for completing any required paperwork or documents needed to clear the package.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed duties and taxes payment, any refund processed will not include the shipping costs associated with the initial delivery, as well as the costs involved in returning the parcel to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all necessary duties, taxes, and paperwork are completed and paid for a successful delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, if you do not respond to DHL regarding an incorrect address or fail to provide necessary address corrections, resulting in the return of the parcel, the same refund policy will apply.**

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched with a tracking number (please also check the junk/spam folder).
