I’ll walk you through the products we stock in our own brow & lash salon, why we’ve chosen them, what sells well, and which treatments they’re best suited to.

Will you give us scripts to use with clients?

Yes! I’ll share examples of exactly how I introduce retail products to clients in a way that builds trust and doesn’t feel salesy.

How long is the masterclass?

The training runs for approximately 60 minutes, with time at the end for questions.

My name is Alana, and I’m the founder of Alana Rose Beauty, a multi-staff brow and lash salon located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. With 12 years of industry experience, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering both the technical and business side of the beauty industry.

Over the years, I’ve trained hundreds of beauty professionals through in-person workshops and online education, supporting artists across Australia and internationally. I’ve also had the privilege of representing leading professional beauty brands, educating at major industry events, and helping salon owners and beauty professionals enhance both their technical skills and their businesses.

Whether it’s refining your technical skills, improving client retention, increasing retail sales or creating consistent results across your team, my mission is to provide education that is practical, honest and backed by real salon experience, giving every student the confidence to implement what they’ve learnt immediately.
