Hi! I’m Elle, the founder of Arch Affinity.
For those who may not know me well, I’m 32 years old, I was born in rural Victoria but I moved to Melbourne at 17 to pursue my career as a beauty therapist.
Despite early setbacks to my beauty career, my determination and passion for the beauty industry never changed. I immersed myself in the art of cosmetic tattooing, specialising in ombre brows, lip blush, and combination brows.
Over the years, I have honed my skills, becoming a sought-after expert in these techniques. My journey has been a testament to resilience and the pursuit of excellence, and today, I proudly run my own company with a strong brand identity and a business.
One of my core beliefs is the importance of personalised, 1:1 support. I am deeply passionate about providing unmatched guidance and mentorship to my students, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need to excel. This dedication to individualised support sets me apart in the industry and has been a cornerstone of my teaching approach.
