Hi! My name is Gena Salerno, and I am the owner of Boss Brows Academy.

At the age of 17, I embarked on a journey that started as a small business during my gap year, intending to serve a few clients here and there. However, what began as a temporary endeavour quickly became a lifelong passion. I fell in love with the vibrant and supportive community within the brow industry; thus, Boss Brows was born.

To me, being a brow artist goes beyond the technical aspects of the job. It's about instilling confidence and joy in clients through short appointments, sharing their life milestones, and building lasting relationships within the industry.

Driven by a desire to empower others, I transitioned into education and, four years later, founded Boss Brows Academy. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping aspiring brow artists—whom I affectionately call "Boss Babes"—pursue their passion and thrive in their careers.

Over the past few years, my primary focus has been on the Academy. I am committed to ensuring my students feel supported, heard, and confident that they can rely on me for guidance and mentorship. Our community of students spans the globe, yet we unite under the shared identity of Boss Brows Academy.
