Not sure how i feel yet?

The wax has a good temperature and is beautiful to look at. it sets well and doesn't snap. however, I can't seem to get it to pick up any hair on the face. i brought it to use for facial hairs, mainly the tough dark hairs, as i thought it would be more effective, but i have had to go back to using my strip wax. not sure if it us a user error or that it has to quick of a dry down time so you don't get a chance to encapsulate the hair?
